One day, he walked in on Hashim Elamin (Vincent Ebrahim), who had a heart attack. Alya and her brother, Zeedan Nazir (Qasim Akhtar), refused to call for help. Ryan agreed to keep what he saw and heard a secret. However, Express speculated that is exactly what could cause Ryan’s death.
