Coronation Street Spoilers: Sally Can’t Seem To Win, Wants Elaine OUT!

Spoiler alerts for the upcoming episodes of Coronation Street have shared that Sally Metcalfe will finally make her way home with the determination to get Elaine out of her home once and for all. As fans know, Elaine, Tim’s mom has been at Sally and Tim’s home following Tim’s triple bypass heart surgery.

Sally was last called away to help her sister Gina in Newcastle but in the upcoming story line she will return home on a mission and with the knowledge that her plans to be upfront about Elaine could spark some uncomfortable drama within her household. As previously seen, Elaine has really put a damper on Sally and Tim working on their sex life following his surgery. At one point, Tim had trouble performing, making things more difficult between the couple.

Coronation Street Spoilers – Elaine Jones’s Stay Has Taken A Toll on Sally Metcalfe

Elaine’s very long stay at the home has taken a toll on Sally who wants her mother-in-law out of her castle. Elaine has clearly overstayed her welcome and doesn’t appear to be preparing to leave anytime soon. Sally has to argue with her husband that his mom is effecting the rekindling of their sex life. As fans recall. Elaine previously walked in on the couple attempting to spend some much needed time together. Tim however, appears to want his mother to stay and cannot bring himself to kick her out.

Sally will then confront Elaine on her own, asking her mother-in-law to leave as she feels it is time for her to move back into her own home. Elaine will reportedly leave but not without repercussions. Tim is unhappy and will miss his mother and their TV time. He will also have anxiety about spending time alone with Sally after his previous troubles.

Coronation Street Spoilers – Trouble Brewing For Sally Metcalf And Tim Metcalfe?

There is also spoiler alerts that this isn’t the end of the Sally/Elaine fiasco as Elaine may not stay away for long. This could spell further trouble for Sally and Tim’s already tumultuous marriage. Is the couple on their way to Splitsville?

The Sally and Elaine drama is set to play out in Coronation Street’s upcoming Wednesday and Friday episodes set to air on April 20 and April 22.
