She got involved in illegal skin lightening and had a striptease video go viral. It ultimately landed on an adult website. There was bullying and her fizzled romance with Nina Lucas (Mollie Gallagher). She got drugs from Simon Barlow (Alex Bain), which put Kelly Neelan (Millie Gibson) in the hospital. Now she is back with her controlling and abusive ex, Corey Brent (Maximum Evans). After having sex, Corey used it to antagonize Aadi. Now, Asha is determined to move in with the bottom-feeder.

Coronation Street spoilers reveal that Corey will continue to cause divisions with the people in Asha’s life. Once the two move in together, Corey will work to get total control over Asha. Abusers tend to start by alienating and isolating their victims. There are already issues between Asha and Dev. However, the rift will also have Asha craving a connection with someone who understands her. Sunita’s evil twin could use this to get her hooks into Asha.

If Sunita’s twin sister does show up, it would be interesting to make the woman have no genetic link to Asha. They say everyone has a twin, so it’s possible that the woman is just a con artist who happens to look exactly like Asha’s dead mother.

Coronation Street Spoilers – Shobna Gulati Teases Return

Actress Shobna Gulati recently discussed the possibility of returning. According to Express, she would like to be Sunita’s mean twin. Fans were never given much information about Sunita’s past. So, writers could really go in several different directions and don’t have limits or obstacles like some other characters.

“They should bring me back as Sunita’s twin. The mean twin, the mean Sunita. It would be nice to go back because as an actor, it’s really hard, isn’t it? In terms of any kind of security that you might want to have.”
