She confirmed that Sarah will have to make a choice. She either needs to betray Gary Windass (Mikey North), who saved her life, or Adam Barlow (Samuel Robertson), the man she loves.

Corrie spoilers reveal that Adam knew that his wife was keeping something from him. Then, the police showed up to ask Sarah some questions about the accident. However, she ended up backed into a corner when she was asked about calling emergency services before the accident. Sarah was taken aback and had to think quickly, especially since Adam was right there listening to her every word.  Since then, Adam has become even more convinced that Sarah has feelings for Gary.

Just prior to the accident, Sarah was going to contact the police about Gary killing Rick Neelan (Greg Wood). Not watching where she was going, a car nearly hit her. The only reason it didn’t was that Gary pushed her out of the way, risking his own life to save hers. After he was hospitalized, Sarah had a chance to think about everything, including the fact that Gary saved her life. She decided that she wasn’t going to expose his secret.
