T.R. had his hand drawn back to strike Paulina Price (Jackee Harry) when Lani opened the door. Lani also knew that T.R. was responsible for almost killing her husband as well. Lani could have simply arrested her father but feared he would get away with attempted murder.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Could Melinda Trask Overhear?
