The heartbroken star posted this message to her Instagram this morning: “My beautiful sister Lara is now an angel in heaven and I know that her precious Riley was waiting for her at the gates. 💕 I want to thank everyone that donated to her Go Fund Me page 2 years ago. The money raised made it possible for her to live in comfort in her home and I will be forever grateful for that.”

Last year Rylan revealed via a Go Fund Me page that her sister was in need of some help and support. At that time Lara was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Unfortunately, the disease rapidly spread and doctors told her that it was not curable.

Emme’s fans were quick to express their condolences and support with one posting, “I am so sorry for your loss sweet one. I am praying for you to feel the peace and comfort that only our Lord can give as he will begin to journey through the grief process. ❤️”

Certainly, there have been tears, but she has been far more concerned with how this news is affecting her family and friends than she has been with herself.”
