General Hospital Rumor: Peter August Alex’s Son, False Memories Planted in Anna’s Brain

Most General Hospital fans have watched for decades and do not like it when the history of our veteran characters get changed. The whole Peter August (Wes Ramsey) story did just that, and some fans are not happy. As a matter of fact, some Anna fans insist on Peter being Alex’s son instead.
General Hospital’s Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) was a virgin when she slept with Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) and conceived Robin Scorpio Drake (Kimberly McCullough). Robert and Anna had a beautiful love story, and they made a great pair of spies as well. Robin was an only child, and that should not have been changed to accommodate a new character.
Ceasar Faison’s (Anders Hove) obsession with Anna was sick and twisted. Anna was a professional WSB agent and never would have had sex with Faison. Sleeping with Faison is an Alex Marick (Finola Hughes) move, just like sleeping with Valentin Cassidine (James Patrick Stuart).
General Hospital Spoilers – Alex’s Memory Could Be Peter’s Birth
Anna always had class and tact. She was never a loose woman and certainly would not pimp herself out to Faison or anyone else.
General Hospital’s Anna was forced into a brain mapping scheme after being sold by Alex into the program. Anna doesn’t know which of her memories belong to Alex and there is no guarantee she ever will.
Alex led Anna to believe the memory of an informant’s death was the only memory she received but what if that isn’t the case? Let’s suppose the actual memory, or additional memory, is sleeping with Faison and having his child. Maybe Anna never slept with Faison at all. She only thinks she did because Alex’s recollection is in her head.
General Hospital Spoilers – Lack Of Connection To Her Own Son
General Hospital’s Anna sees Faison when she looks at Peter, and that is keeping them from becoming close. Anna lack of connection to Peter suggests she’s not his mother after all. Most mothers share a love for their child regardless of who their father is, except maybe in the case of rape.

Some victims of sexual assault manage to have their children and love them anyway. Anna thought of Griffin Monroe (ex-Matt Cohen) as a son more than she did Peter and was much more attached to him. Anna simply had no connection to Peter.
If Anna were meant to have had another child, Griffin would have been hers and Duke’s, not Faison’s son Peter. Anna deserved to have a child with Duke Lavery (Ian Buchanan), not her worst enemy.

I hope that Peter is Anna’s son and Robin is her daughter. I have wanted Peter to have another father. I have three in mind. Valentin because he already love Peter like a son. Anna, Peter,and Valentin would make for a interesting family dynamic. Robert because they do not like each other at this point. It would take time for Robert and Peter to bond. Robin and Peter would be full siblings too. Duke because Anna would have a part of him. Griffin would have a brother and Anna to come home to. Peter and Maxie could be together easier too because Peter would not be Nathan’s brother. In short I want Anna and Peter to be free of Faison for good.
I hope not —Peter is just starting to get use to the idea that she is his mom and if they both found out that Alex is it would tear them both up who knows what would happen —leave it as is
