General Hospital Spoilers: Brando Suspicious – Sonny Keeps His Word Makes Brando A Generous Offer

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) show Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) a new opportunity: a garage. Brando makes it clear that he doesn’t want to be involved in anything illegal, but after he states his case, Sonny wants to state his on Monday, March 16.

In this week’s General Hospital Sneak Peek, Brando walks into a garage that looks suspiciously like the one that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) used to work on his motorcycles in, and Jason is already waiting as Brando walks in, followed by Sonny. Jason nods his acknowledgment.

GH Spoilers– Sonny Corinthos Shows Brando Corbin Around

As Brando looks around the garage and at all the equipment there, Sonny tells him, “Welcome to your new place of business, take a look around, see what you think!” as he waves his hands around to indicate it’s all his if Brando wants it.

Brando looks around and says, “Okay – so here’s the thing. I appreciate this – a lot. But I think you got the wrong impression of me.” As Jason opens the door of the garage and looks outside after hearing a horn honk and then comes in after seeing the coast is clear, Sonny tells Brando, “I don’t know where you think this is going.”

Brando responds, “I’m an ex-con”. Sonny says, “Yeah?” Brando comes back with “So one trip to the prison’s all I ever want to make”. Sonny understands and nods his head yes. Brando continues, telling Sonny that he gets that he’s trying to protect Dev, and he respects that.

Sonny again says, “Yeah?” Brando continues, saying that he is hugely grateful for how Sonny treated his mom, Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) especially given that she had straight out lied to him. Sonny again interrupts and says, “But?” Brando continues, as Sonny chuckles and starts smiling, “If this garage is some kind of front, or like a chop shop, or there’s stuff going down in the back room or something, I can’t be involved.” Sonny responds, still smiling, and says “Listen, listen, listen….now you’ve stated your case, let me state mine!”

General Hospital Spoilers– Sonny Corinthos Stays True To His Word

General Hospital viewers will recall that Sonny told Brando he had his back, and that he needed to stay around, not go back to Chicago like he had planned, especially with Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) trying to take over Sonny’s territory and he and his family being targeted. Brando had gotten a taste of that action firsthand, when he was at Sonny’s coffee warehouse the first day he arrived in Port Charles and it came under attack, including his own mother cowering inside the office and he himself had gotten shot while trying to protect Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright).

Brando didn’t want to be involved, as he reiterated in this sneak peek, in anything illegal or anything that was a cover for Sonny’s “other business” and Sonny told him he didn’t have to be. So, Sonny’s case that he will state is that this garage is not a front, not a cover, and perfectly legit!
