Tonight’s episode of WCTH opens with – Elizabeth opens the school to find Lucas at her doorstep. Nathan arrives with Allie making things awkward.

Bill informs Clara she will be on her own later as he has a pre-trial conference. Meanwhile, Elizabeth commends her class on their book reports. Opal isn’t too talkative. Her arms are itchy. Elizabeth rolls up her sleeves to find a rash. Carson arrives shortly. She has chickenpox. After taking a headcount, it seems only Allie has had it. Elizabeth sends them all home. Carson tells Elizabeth to keep baby Jack away, he is too young to be exposed.

Bill listens one of his first cases, a lawsuit, that involves Henry and another man who is fighting over Henry’s so-called low-quality oil. Lucas is there and asks for a jury. Bill will allow it.

Elizabeth leaves the house to do errands. She runs into Rosemary who shares that she has never had chickenpox. She starts to itch after Elizabeth leaves. Meanwhile, Carson updates some of the ladies about the chickenpox. Rosemary arrives a bit hysterical. Carson tells her to head home after assessing her. She has them now too. Bill comes by to rile up a jury.

Elizabeth reads to an itchy Opal. Nathan and Lucas travel through town to inform the residents of the chickenpox outbreak.

Lee arrives home to Rosemary who is in agony. Henry seeks out Nathan to ask him for help and his civil case. Nathan tells him that Mounties don’t usually get involved but he’ll hear him out.

Elizabeth runs into Nathan who is leaving Henry’s. Elizabeth is looking for Ally but she can’t find her. Nathan shares that he’s leaving for Buxton tomorrow because he’s helping Henry. Elizabeth thinks that’s great. Nathan isn’t sure why she thinks that because he’s heard that Henry isn’t always on the up and up. Elizabeth reminds him that people can change.

Lee is determined to stay by Rosemary’s side but she finds a reason to get him to go and do an errand. Once he leaves she gets up. When she comes down the stairs he jumps out of nowhere. He knew she was going to leave the bed.

Bill starts on selecting his jury. Nathan arrives in Buxton to do some research on oil. He comes to ask Elizabeth if she can stay with Rosemary. He has some things to do for work.

Nathan is realizing that the reports among Henry and the oil distributor vary. It appears the distributors may have been falsifying samples. Nathan wants them and they could be headed to jail. They agree to cooperate after one of them admits he sent the lab a wrong sample.

Elizabeth runs for help when she realizes that Rosemary has a very high fever. Faith comes to their aid. Meanwhile, Carson has no idea what’s going on with Rosemary as he tries to keep the coach there who is going to take Faith to Chicago. Lee tracks down Carson. They arrive to help Rosemary.

Nathan reports his findings to Bill and the others. The case is dropped. The jury arrives and is upset to find out that they are no longer needed. Carson manages to figure out a way for faith to get to Chicago well Elizabeth tells Rosemary she’s so happy she’s going to be OK.

Carson checks in on Rosemary who is doing much better. Lee thanks him. Elizabeth and the others say goodbye to Faith.
