General Hospital spoilers report Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) has a secret, and we don’t think she has shared it with her hubby, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), as of yet. While she has opened up to Chase about her desire to have a baby, it doesn’t seem she’s let slip that she’s already done this before.

Rumor has it she and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) may have hooked up after all many moons ago when Dante was with Lulu Falconeri (Alexa Havins) — and that said hook-up resulted in a baby on board they later gave up for adoption. Is it possible?

Sure, but if that’s the case, we doubt the story stops there. The fans have been wondering why Giovanni ‘Gio’ Palmieri’s (Giovanni Mazza) purpose is being in Port Charles. We have an inkling that it’s because Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) isn’t just his surrogate family and Sonny Corinthis (Maurice Benard) — but that they are his grandparents.
