General Hospital Spoilers: Is Dante Falconeri Coming Back?

For weeks now a lot of General Hospital fans have been asking the same question: Is Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) coming back? Luckily, we’ve got some answers for you. New General Hospital spoilers tease that there’s a possibility that Lulu Falconeri’s (Emme Rylan) husband will come home but first his family will just have to find him. The character was last played by actor Dominic Zamprogna. Here’s what you need to know.

According to Soaps in depth, Dante left town last summer to help the WSB search for a man that almost killed Lulu. But little did he know that there was someone in Port Charles who wanted to kill his wife now! But it looks like Lulu is not the only person who is in danger, as it looks like Dante’s whereabouts is now a mystery, too.

General Hospital co-head writer Shelly Altman puts it this way, “As Dante remains under deep cover other people become involved in the search. It appears he is in greater danger than was previously assumed!”

Altman adds, “Dante left town so suddenly and he never expected to be gone as long as he has been. And we’ve seen signs of the friction that this is causing. So it certainly seems safe to say that he and Lulu will have to deal with the ramifications of his decision.”

Now, as far when we will see Dante back on the small screen remains to be seen. His portrayer, Dominic Zamprogna, left late last year in order to pursue other projects in the entertainment industry although he did say he would be willing to come back on a recurring basis.

Seeing how Lulu needs her man now more than ever before, here’s hoping that he will make a surprise return in the near future. We’ve got our fingers crossed! Viewers will just have to tune in to find out what happens next!
