General Hospital Spoilers: Is Margaux A Dawn Of Day Disciple?

General Hospital spoilers tease that DA Margaux Dawson (Elizabeth Hendrickson) is giddy. What could be going on? General Hospital viewers haven’t seen much of Margaux until recently, and certainly haven’t seen her stalking Drew Cain (Billy Miller) or haunting Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) for quite some time. She hasn’t been seen in any bars having a drink either. She was seen, however, with a Dawn of Day book sticking out of her purse a few weeks ago.

General Hospital viewers know it’s certainly understandable why Margaux may be looking for some emotional support in this time of her life. She really hasn’t made any friends, other than Sonny, who feels sorry for her during her time in Port Charles.

When she learned the truth about her childhood and her father and mother, it was devastating. Margaux’s whole life fell apart and everything she had believed about it turned out to be a lie.

General Hospital Spoilers – Only DOD Disciples Who Progress Are Female

This is exactly the type of person Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) is looking for to target for his cult, and being female doesn’t hurt. It’s becoming obvious to General Hospital viewers that the only Dawn of Day disciples who can ever progress to the upper levels and in Shiloh’s inner circle are female.

As a district attorney, Margaux makes plenty of money and would be able to finance her way through to the inner circle very quickly. Could she already be close to Shiloh? Is drugging part of the initiation? Could Margaux be giddy from some type of drug he has given her to make the branding process easier?

Or is he showering her with attention as a top disciple in his group, or concubine in his harem, and she’s giddy with feeling “loved”? Maybe she’s feeling giddy because she’s moved up the Dawn of Day ladder quickly.

General Hospital Spoilers – Margaux Dawson High On A Power Trip?

Another possibility, of course, is Margaux is high on a power trip from charging Dr. Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) as an accomplice to his brother Ryan’s murders. That of course, is really a rather ridiculous charge, but considering Kevin was held hostage by Ryan in Ferncliff for several months while Ryan impersonated him, a grand jury would probably not choose to convict him on that charge.

Even “aiding and abetting” would probably not stick because Ryan was thought to be dead for so many years. According to the website criminal.findlaw.com, an accomplice is as guilty as the actual perpetrator, and Margaux of course won’t take anything less than a win for the highest offense she can prosecute for. But any defense attorney worth his or her salt should be able to get that charge reduced to accessory rather than accomplice.

An accomplice actively participates in the crimes of the perpetrator, whereas an accessory does not and that charge carries much less penalty. All Kevin was guilty of is not reporting that Ryan was alive, and letting the law handle his disposition. He more than likely would have been put in Ferncliff anyway or possibly in D’Archam, a much more secure mental facility where Heather Webber (Robin Mattson) is.
