General Hospital Spoilers: Luke Isn’t Dead — The Hunt For Helena Begins

General Hospital spoilers tease Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) is alive, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) already knows, and now Laura Collins (Genie Francis) is about to! Laura will feel the full force of this bombshell, and it’s understandably going to leave her distracted and pulling away from her family as she works to figure out where Luke is and bring him home. Obviously, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) isn’t the real mastermind behind this move, so that means someone else is even more sinister than he is.

Tracy has made no secret of her desire to avenge Luke’s death — and fans are going to relish seeing her work alongside Laura to do it. Were there ever two women who Luke loved more? This is the perfect time to bring him back, on the heels of his sister — Bobbie Spencer’s (Jaclyn Zeman) — death.

Laura has been through a lot over the years. The death of her ex-husband, Luke, was especially devastating. The possibility that he may be alive is a glimmer of hope in an otherwise dark situation. However, it seems unlikely that Tracy is just going to come clean with Laura. Rather, the truth about Luke’s survival might come out because the person holding him — possibly the never-dead Helena Cassadine (Constance Tower) — is keen on avenging Victor’s death much the same.

We just saw Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) struggle with hallucinations of his late mother, Helena, but this time she could be back for real — in the flesh! It wouldn’t be a major surprise for Helena to actually be alive. What would shock everyone is to learn that she may be the “boss lady” ordering Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) and Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth around, and that she may be housing both Luke and Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) away from public view. Wouldn’t that be a one-two punch for Laura?
