General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the fall hint a major secret is about to hit the fan in Port Charles and rock the little town to its core. While fans know, as well as Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight), that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) spilled the beans to SEC about Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) insider trading, looks like the rest of the world will learn about this, very soon.

GH spoilers suggest Nina’s secret will blow up, sometime during this autumn, so fans need to brace themselves for a massive plot twist in this storyline.

Unfortunately, this is bad timing, as Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) has finally decided to allow Nina into her life so they can establish some sort of relationship.

On top of that, she’s once again spending time with Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver), and both bonds will be in jeopardy once Nina’s SEC secret is revealed.

Not to mention the fact that the Sina wedding could be off once Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) learns about what his fiancé has done.
