General Hospital spoilers are in for Thursday, May 21, 2026. In tomorrow’s episode, we can expect Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) to prepare to make a big move.

Let’s start off with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamporogna). The commissioner knows his son is in trouble and puts out an alert on him.

For now, Rocco is fine, but it might not be for long.

Unfortunately, Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) overheard Rocco and Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) private conversation.

Dante will end up summoning fake Nathan.

While Dante wasn’t pleased with “Nathan” interfering before, he might have a big favor to ask.

Of course, Nathan will do whatever is necessary to protect Rocco.

Britt Westbourne Panics

Meanwhile, Britt will make a shocking realization.

Will she realize that Cullum overheard her chat.

Britt might not know how much and could try to cover.

However, she could be in grave danger as well as Rocco!

Alexis Davis’ Demand

General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, May 21 reveal that Alexis will issue a demand.

The woman will want the truth from Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) about what he and Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) were really doing at Wyndemere.

Alexis might warn that Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) is far too dangerous to be messing around with like that.

Lulu Spencer Prepares

As for Lulu, she gets ready to make a big move.

The woman is convinced that she will have to flee with Rocco at any moment.

Lulu already warned Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean). Of course, Ethan will do whatever he has to to protect both Lulu and Rocco.

However, with Cullum on the move and overhearing Rocco’s conversation, I worry that the man could intercept them.

There is also Dante, who refuses to allow his son to be a fugitive.

What Else to Expect

As for what else to expect in the next episode, Ethan pays a visit to Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott).

Then, in a preview clip for tomorrow, Alexis shares news with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard).

Britt makes an urgent phone call, saying it’s urgent.

Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) confronts Pascal (Marc Forget).

The surgeon wants to know why Pascal hasn’t told Sidwell why he wants him dead so badly.

Nathan gets a tongue-lashing from hostage Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). If she’s trying to set him off, it doesn’t seem to be working, though. Cassius just smiles.
