Hallmark’s Countdown to Christmas is all about love over the holidays, but this particular movie tops it off with some beautiful music. According to Hallmark’s official synopsis, Ashleigh Murray plays Harmony Matthews, who finds herself out of work at Suprasonic Records and is heading home for the holidays. Meanwhile her mother (Loretta Devine) is thrilled to have Harmony home in time to help with the choral performance at the church.

Meanwhile, one of Harmony’s celebrity clients, Melo D Star (Michelle Williams) is trying to use her power to get Harmony back to work. However, in an unexpected twist, Harmony ends up auditioning for the lead solo in the chorus. By chance, the chorus is under the direction of her former high school sweetheart Kyle (Luke James).

Hallmark Channel Spoilers – Cast Of Christmas In Harmony

Ashleigh Murray plays Harmony and has starred in Riverdale and on Katy Keene, but it likely best known as being the lead singer in the fictional band Josie and the Pussycats. Luke James, who plays Kyle, is a three-time Grammy nominated singer and actor, recently seen in Showtime’s The Chi.

Other stars of Christmas in Harmony are Loretta Devine, Michelle Williams, Brian Patrick Whitted, Basil Wallace and Tia Streaty. The movie is directed by Rusty Cundeiff, while the script is from Jessiline Berry.

Hallmark Channel Spoilers – When Does The Movie Premiere On The Hallmark Channel?

Christmas in Harmony debuts on the Hallmark Channel on Friday, October 29, at 8 pm ET/PT. Should you miss it, so far there are two encore showings listed, on Saturday, October 30, at 6 pm and Wednesday, November 3, at 10 pm, both times ET/PT on the Hallmark Channel. The movie will also be available on Hallmark on Demand from October 30.
