Hallmark Channel News: Christmas in Evergreen 3: Tidings of Joy Wraps Filming In Vancouver

The Hallmark Channel holiday movie ‘Christmas in Evergreen 3: Tidings of Joy’ has wrapped filming on location in Vancouver. Barbara Niven (Megan O’Brien, ‘Chesapeake Shore’) shared the information via social media as she caught a flight home. An exhausted Barbara took the time to let Chessies know what’s going on.

“Wrapped #ChristmasInEvergreen3 last night and just boarded my plane to fly home. I am so tired I am literally propping my head up. But what a fantastic experience. I think this is the best Christmas in Evergreen yet, there is so much heart and history with the characters and really special family history and magic for my character Carol,” Niven posted.

“All your favorites will be back— @hollyrpeete, @ashleywilliamsandcompany, @jillwagner, @malcolmstewart etc – plus new characters played by @paulgreeneofficial and @magslawslawson. Hallmark Channel News – Niven Filming Several All-New Original Movies

Niven has been very busy filming several all-new original movies that will air on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries. The actress also returns as Aunt Candace in ‘Crossword Mysteries: Proposing Murder’ and ‘Crossword Mysteries: Abracadaver.’ Lacey Chabert stars as Tess Harper, New York Sentinel Crosswords editor, and a part-time sleuth.

‘When Calls the Heart’ fan-favorite Paul Greene (Carson Shepherd), a new addition to the ‘Christmas in Evergreen’ series, has kept Hearties up-to-date via social media.

Paul Greene, along with Maggie Lawson, shared a clip explaining how the crew filmed a scene with a car. Greene and Lawson might not be finished quite yet. The ‘When Calls the Heart’ actor shared a photo, alongside Lawson.

‘Christmas in Evergreen 3: Tidings of Joy’ also stars Jill Wagner of the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Channel series ‘Mystery 101.’ Another Hallmark fan favorite, Holly Robinson Peete, also has a role in the movie. ‘Christmas in Evergreen 3: Tidings of Joy’ is scheduled for its world premiere Saturday, December 14, 2019.
