According to the official website for Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, the synopsis for “Riddled With Deceit: A Martha’s Vineyard Mystery” has been released. It is as follows,

“Former detective Jeff Jackson (Metcalfe) teams up with Dr. Zee Madeiras (Lind) to track down their friend’s missing emerald brooch, a thief, and also… a murderer.”

In addition to Metcalfe and Lind, the casting information per IMDB.com also lists the following actors on this project: Steve Dhillon, Matthew James Dowden, Chelsea Hobbs, Eric Keenleyside and Sunita Prasad. You can also expect to see Hugo Steele, Bradley Stryker and Adam Thomas.

Hallmark Channel News: Preview Clip Released

In the Hallmark movie preview clip, Jeff and Zee are catching up in a diner when the former detective receives an alarming phone call. A woman is in danger and as they rush to help, Jeff tells her to “get out of there.”

Later, Jeff reads an article about the crime on the front page of the newspaper. He then explains that it was more than just a $5 million family heirloom.

In addition to the preview clip, a sneak peek has also been released. Jeff and Zee are at some sort of big event together. Of course, Jeff is undercover and inquires about who everyone is and what connection they had to the heirloom. So, Zee goes along with it and starts describing everyone and if they could be responsible. However, there are a lot of people there and any one of them, even the most unsuspecting ones, could have committed theft and murder.
