Catherine Bell continues to shine as the Good Witch. The enchanting series makes its return next month with brand new episodes on Hallmark. To catch up before season six lands, the previous seasons can be found on Netflix and Hallmark. This will be the first season without Bailee Madison who announced her departure from the series at the end of season five.

The Good Witch Grace’s story wrapped with her graduation from high school which the actress previewed on Instagram with a heartfelt good-bye to her fans and her excitement to see what lies ahead. This isn’t the first shocking departure for the franchise which saw the loss of Chris Potter who didn’t crossover to series from the films. Catherine Bell revealed to ET her wishes for Madison to hopefully return for episodes though made it clear she didn’t know what the future holds.

The Good Witch Spoilers – New Promo Offers New Faces

The last time fans spent time in Middleton was for a delightful two-hour Halloween special in October entitled “Curse of the Rose.” Hallmark has unveiled an enchanting promo that offers fans a sneak peek at the upcoming season which teases new faces and bewitching surprises. The promo teases sweet and romantic moments between Cassie and Sam, new mysteries, and lots of heartfelt moments between each of the characters.

TV Fanatic shares a teaser that gives a peek at what’s in store for three couples through lovely framed photos. The first photo shows Cassie and Sam looking blissfully in love while the photo of Stephanie and Adam has a shimmering light over them. The teaser for the fate of Abigail and Donovan’s relationship is more ominous as the glass over their photo shatters.

Hallmark has released a synopsis for the premiere episode “The Anniversary” which finds Cassie and Sam celebrating their first year being married. After Cassie gives Sam a meaningful gift, he’s led on a search for the perfect gift of his own to give to her. The episode also features a delightful bidding war over the mayor’s mansion that once belonged to Davenport between Martha and her nemesis Dotty.

Stephanie has friction with her partner over their food truck. After fortune cookies reveal misfortunes for Abigail and Donovan, the couple is led to an unexpected discovery and to more information about their families’ curses. The premiere introduces a new guest staying at Grey House who is hiding her reasons for coming to town. The episode airs May 3.

The synopsis for the second episode “The Chili” teases Cassie serving as a judge in Middleton’s most fierce competition: the chili cookoff. While Cassie isn’t judging, she discovers a time capsule that unveils information about the newest guest at Grey House. Sam finds himself in a chain of bartering with Martha, Stephanie, and Abigail when his ingredients for his chili come up one short.

The episode also finds Martha receiving unexpected competition in her run for re-election which may find her having to compromise while Stephanie helps a friend’s daughter with friendship issues by drawing from her own past and Abigail worries about her and Donovan when she inadvertently tells her father’s girlfriend a secret he was keeping.
