Besides Lori Loughlin, who is back on When Hope Calls? According to the publication, Morgan Kohan is back as Lillian Walsh. In addition, other cast members will return, but only RJ Hatanaka has been listed as a possibility. They are just starting to film now, so it will not be much longer to get more details.

Hallmark Channel News – Lori Loughlin Recently Got Permission To Work In Canada
Just recently, Lori Loughlin obtained permission from a Boston judge to go to Canada to work for a week. Although a Christmas movie traditionally takes about 3 weeks to film, Loughlin may have been limited in her time away from the states.
However, when she was on When Calls The Heart, she often would film most of her scenes in a shorter period of time. Apparently, this was an arrangement she had with Hallmark. This way, she was not gone so long and could be with her family, which includes her younger daughter, Olivia Jade, who is currently competing on Dancing With The Stars.
