Neighbours Spoilers: Amy Williams’ Exit Date Revealed

The producers of Neighbours have brought Jimmy Williams back for the end of the year, providing his mother with a reason to leave Erinsborough for good.

As we reported last week, Amy’s son Jimmy has been going through a difficult time while living in New York City with his father. At first these were believed to be normal teenage problems, but it soon turned out that Jimmy had run away and hadn’t been seen for days.

Amy and her family are worried sick, but thankfully it’s not long until he turns up on Ramsay Street, giving his mother an opportunity to talk to him about what’s really been going on. As a typical teenager, Jimmy is reluctant to open up to Amy at first. However, she doesn’t give up and tries her best to discover what’s going on in his head.

Amy’s boyfriend Kyle Canning does his best to support her through this, but she only ends up pushing him away as she still isn’t over the recent relationship issues they have been going through. Things get suddenly worse when Amy reveals that she’s considering a permanent move to New York so that she can be with Jimmy.

Kyle understands her reason and so declares that he will move there with her as he doesn’t want to lose her. However, Amy is forced to reveal that she doesn’t want to be with Kyle anymore, which leads to the couple splitting up. With Amy being the love of his life, Kyle doesn’t take the break up well. His grandmother Sheila encourages him to not give up so easily and fight for Amy. However, Amy has made up her mind and leaves Erinsborough on new year’s day. Will Kyle manage to cope?
