Neighbours Spoilers: Roxy And Kyle Engaged

Neighbours loves a good wedding. Last year we even had four in one week! It looks like more wedding bells are on the horizon, as Roxy proposes to Kyle.

It is only a matter of weeks since Kyle (Chris Milligan) discovered that he had cancer on Neighbours. With it spreading to his lymph nodes, the doctors have had to move quick with surgery, which will be followed by chemotherapy.

At first Kyle didn’t want anyone to know, only telling his girlfriend Roxy (Zima Anderson) and soon later his friend Toadie. Keeping it a secret was hard for Roxy, and in turn put a strain on their relationship.

Neighbours Spoilers – Out Of Surgery

After coming out of surgery shocked that he had both testicles removed, Kyle was angry that Roxy wasn’t there when he woke up. To make it worse, she later revealed his diagnosis to his grandmother Sheila (Colette Mann) against his will. Thankfully Kyle and Roxy soon made up, using an honesty box to help them communicate their feelings properly.

Kyle’s much happier that they now have a healthy line of communication, but he’s still worries that he won’t be able to make Roxy happy post-surgery, and that one day she will get sick of dealing with him and his cancer. Roxy absolutely doesn’t feel that way and wants to show him that – so decides to pop the question to Kyle! He’s over the moon and accept immediately.

When Sheila finds out she’s worried, concerned that the engagement is. Knee jerk reaction to Kyle’s cancer and surgery. Kyle disagrees, assuring his grandmother that he and Roxy and fully committed to each other and are very much in love. After some convincing Sheila believes Kyle, and soon join in their celebrations and happiness.
