1000 Lb. Sisters Spoilers reveal that there was trouble in Amy Slaton’s paradise before she left the home she shared with Michael Halterman and her children. Amy filed for an Emergency Protection Order accusing Michael of “violence”.
1000 Lb. Sisters Spoilers – Amy Slaton Felt She Needed Protection
1000 Lb. Sisters spoilers reveal that according to the U.S. Sun, Kentucky Court documents reveal that on February 28, four days after calling 911, Amy filed for an EPO claiming that Michael had gotten violent. Therefore, on February 28, a domestic violence case was opened against Michael. Amy asked for the EPO at this time.
Later, on March 8, the order was amended to allow Michael supervised visitation with the children as long as his mother and sister were with him. Amy had mentioned several times this season that Michael would take the children to his mother’s if he was with them alone. This was even the case when she was only away from the children for a short time.
1000 Lb. Sisters Spoilers -A Fight Turned Scary
According to documents obtained by the U.S. Sun, Amy says they got into a heated argument on February 24 that turned violent when Michael began throwing things. Seventeen days later, Michael filed for divorce at the local courthouse. According to the responding officer, neither party was under the influence of alcohol or drugs when they arrived.
Furthermore, it was revealed that Michael and Amy were fighting over their split at the time. “Amy wants to split but the male doesn’t want to”, the report reads. Amy stated that with the children in the house, Michael became violent and began throwing things. Neither party was arrested after the incident although they did split up afterward.
1000 Lb. Sisters Spoilers – The February Split Was The End
The U.S. Sun reported the split in February, however, Amy was not the one to file for divorce. Amy did take her children and moved in with her sister Tammy Slaton. Michael had filed for divorce by March 13. A source reports that Amy is struggling emotionally after their split while taking care of the two children. Amy’s family has been pitching in to help with the kids.
Unfortunately, the source also hints that Tammy is not happy either. Tammy, who got married last November, has gotten her surgery and is home living in Kentucky. However, Tammy’s husband Caleb Willingham is still in the Ohio Rehab where he and Tammy met and were married. Tammy is reportedly upset that her husband is not doing more to come to Kentucky to be with her. With Tammy and Caleb arguing over this, is another Slaton divorce around the corner?
