‘Dancing On Ice’ Star Sally Dynevor Waves Goodbye To The Ice Rink

Dancing On IceDancing on Ice news, and updates tease that Sally Dynevor became the sixth celebrity to step out from the competition on the recent episode.

Coronation Street’s Sally Metcalfe won the hearts of the viewers when she gracefully showed her ice-skating routines on the ITV show. However, Dynevor and her dance partner, Matt Evers, scored 25.5 out of 40 in the latest episode, which made them land in the bottom two alongside BMX racer Kye Whyte and his partner, Tippy Packard.

Before the judges chose which pair should remain in the competition, the hosts, Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, showered Dynevor and Evers with compliments about their routine. The 58-year-old actress seemed to know what was in store for her as she said: “The competition is so good, I think it’s time for me to go.”

When it was time for the judges to choose a pair, all four decided to let Kye and Tippy stay in the competition, which made Sally and Matt skate out from the ice.

An emotional Dynevor showed her gratitude to the show and to her dancing partner, saying: “I have had the time of my life. I’ve loved doing this show, it’s been brilliant. Matt, honestly, I couldn’t have gotten through this with you, you’ve been such a strength to me. I’m going to miss you so much. We’ll stay friends.”

The Head Judge, Christopher Dean, left the Coronation Street star with loving words saying that he enjoyed every moment working with Dynevor and they all had a great time watching her ice-skating routines.

Sally Dynevor Shares Her “Incredible Journey” On ‘Dancing On Ice’

As her Dancing on Ice journey has come to an end, Sally Dynevor shared a photo of each of her performances with Matt Evers.

She captioned: “What an incredible journey I’ve had with my wonderful partner @themattevers. You’ve lifted me up and spun me around and I’ve made a lifelong friend.”

The comment section was filled with loving words from fans and friends, who witnessed Dynevor’s dancing routine from the very beginning, including her Corrie co-star, Sally Carman, who said: “Well done, Sal.”

Matt Evers also expressed his love for his dancing partner, saying: “I have never laughed so hard in my entire life. You are a true gem… You’ve reignited a passion for my job and I can’t wait to spin you around very soon.”
