About a week ago, she told them that she wanted to focus on money for Ukraine. But, she exceeded expectations through her foundation BStrong. Naturally, Bravo fans rushed to congratulate her.

Shortly before the war broke out in Ukraine, Bethenny suffered a near crisis when she vacationed with her daughter, Bryn Hoppy. They went to Costa Rica, and she ate something that contained seafood. Instead of vegetarian sushi, it apparently had some kind of scallop in it. While Bryn freaked out, Bethenny remained calm despite her deathly allergy to fish and a doctor managed to treat her. Well, regarding the Ukraine war, she also remained calm and set about doing what she could to rectify the situation.

You might recall that last year, the RHONY star didn’t waste any time or sympathy on Meghan Markle who wailed about being criticized in the spotlight of Oprah Winfrey’s interviews. In fact, she slammed the royal wife, telling her to, “cry me a river.” Well, when it comes to real tragedy, she’s way more serious about things. So, taking her mind off of Markel and her own near-tragic seafood experience, she turned her mind to fundraising for the people of Ukraine.

This weekend, after pledging to raise $10 million for Ukraine, the former Bravo star reported back that they did really well. In fact, they raised $25 million for Ukraine in just over one week. Well, that seems very impressive. She also notified her fans on where the money goes. She said that $10 million goes for the refugees who fled the country to get away from the Russian conflict. Meanwhile, $15 million will help those people still in Ukraine. Not stopping there, she told her Twitter fans that she now raises more money for refugees in Hungary and Poland.

RHONY fans saw that Bravo Houswives shared the news on Instagram and they took to the comments to praise the Bravo alum. Impressed, many of them thought it was an extremely unselfish act. Plus, some fans recalled that in the past, whenever a need arose, she always acted quickly to reach out via her foundation to get help as fast as possible.
