Mama June: Family Crisis star Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson graduated last year and on the WETV show, fans saw that she got a pink car as a congratulatory gift. At the time, she seemed a bit unimpressed and took some heat for turning her nose up at it. Now, it appears that she upgraded. Read on to find out what she now drives around in. 

Honey Boo Boo Goes To College In Colorado

It took time for the WETV college student to learn to drive her pink car, but in time, Mama June: Family Crisis fans saw her using it in Colorado. You probably recall the big drama on the WETV show because June Shannon didn’t want her daughter to go to college. But that was probably because she knew questions would be asked about missing money.

Ever since the money drama with  Mama June Shannon, Honey Boo Boo has been asking fans for money for college. And, she asked for help with housing. Her boyfriend Dralin had too much credit and she had none. Well, critics got annoyed with begging as she’s not exactly broke. In fact, there was still a lot of money left even with June taking $35K. And now, somehow, she owns a luxury car, per TV Shows Ace. 

Mama June Shannon Reveals A Road Trip

On TikTok, Mama June has been sharing about a road trip to Colorado where Alana is in college. Traveling by road from Georgia seemed like a fun family outing and Kaitlyn, the late Anna Cardwell’s daughter went with them. 

The next part of the road trip involves getting back from Colorado to Georgia and TV Shows Ace noted that in one of her many videos, the mom of Honey Boo Boo explained the pink car was being taken back there as her daughter is now the owner of a “Lexus.”

Mama June: Family Crisis Fans Might Diss The New Car

Almost any Reddit post about the WETV family brings a lot of discussion about “grifting.” As far as critics are concerned, the family is always looking for ways to find money. And, it’s not like they don’t get paid for Mama June: Family Crisis. The outlet noted one incident when Honey Boo Boo begged for money, but then went and got her nails done. 

In fairness though, nobody knows how Alana Thompson found the money for the Lexus. Perhaps she got some funds through aid. But as her mom didn’t talk about her selling the pink car, it seems she didn’t need to sell her old car or trade it in to pay for the new car.
