When Kristianna got arrested, the charges against her were “2nd degree theft- motor vehicle theft, marijuana possession, meth possession”. It looks as if she was driving without a license as well.

The bond that has been set for her is at $10,000. The first hearing that she must attend is on March 7 and she will more than likely find out what is next for her.

Will she have to spend more time in jail or will she get off on these charges to only get back on probation?

Kristianna was released from her parole back in October of 2023. She was arrested in the past and was put in prison for ten years. It turns out that now that she is completely free from that parole, she is back at it and acting like her old self.

According to her, she borrowed a car from a friend. She was then pulled over and that was when the police found out that her license was suspended. After a complete search of the car, meth and marijuana were found in the car as well.

It was shocking to Kristianna’s fans that she had made a post on Facebook that somehow foreshadowed her arrest.

She wrote, “Gosh, the world is such a disaster and I want to get rid of addiction soooooo f*****en bad. I’m trying to seek help right now… thanks so much to my real friends and family.” She shared a photo of herself looking pretty down, but at the end of the day, she shared that she was feeling “a little bit more like I should. F**k, I hate you drugs.”

Kristianna’s addiction to drugs has been a tough battle and it looks as if she has some support in her life, but she has found herself back in trouble. We will continue to keep an eye on any changes in her sentencing.
