Nanny Faye Chrisley Drops One-Liner Rebuff To Critic

Nanny Faye Chrisley was a fan-favorite on Chrisley Knows Best, and they felt bad for her when Todd and Julie went to prison. Recently, she told her granddaughter, Savannah Chrisley that only one person got in her face about the prison sentence, and she came back with a one-liner.

In the heady days of reality TV success, it was Todd Chrisley who grew a reputation for sassy one-liners. However, sometimes his mom was just as good as he was. USA Network fans adored her and they still do. Make no mistake, the family from Chrisley Knows Best is not universally despised, despite the opinions on some social media platforms. 

Unknown numbers of USA Network fans used to discuss how much they wished they could have Nanny Faye Chrisley for a grandmother. Some of her funnier moments involved gambling, the Mardi Gras, and once, she got herself a crystal ball and thought she would make her fortune.

One Person Got In Her Face 

Savannah Chrisley chatted with her grandma on Instagram, and she said in her caption :

I think Nanny Faye literally just said “cash me outside”…. Let’s just hope that dealer didn’t lose her job like that man lost his dignity!! And y’all wonder where I get my boldness from!

However, it was the bit about someone who accosted Nanny Faye Chrisley about her son, Todd, that seemed more interesting. 

The Quick Come-Back

The older USA Network alum told Savannah Chrisley that “nobody mistreats” her. The Chrisley Knows Best character added, “Only one person ever said anything [about Todd and Julie’s conviction for fraud and tax-related offenses.]” Shaking her head, she elaborated:

He said, ‘I know who you are,” and I said, ‘Well, I hope you enjoyed it.” Two or three minutes later, he said, “Well, They’re going to jail, so what y’all gonna do?” 

The one-liner arrived and Nanny said, “We’re gonna make a movie out of it so drunks like you will have something to watch.” Actually, that sounds like the old character that USA Network fans miss so much.
