Sister Wives spoilers reveal that fans are curious as to what happened between Gabe Brown and his father, Kody Brown. Gabe was one of Janelle Brown’s sons who got to feel the wrath of Kody during the pandemic.

Kody and Gabe never really saw eye to eye on a lot of issues, but when Kody made the very strict rules about COVID, he was not happy with his father. Although Kody just told his family that protection was his motive with these rules, he felt that Gabe broke the rules so that he could see his mother and siblings. Once Kody felt that Gabe owed him an apology, things just took a turn for the worse.

On Sister Wives this season, we all saw Kody getting slammed for forgetting his son’s birthday. He wanted to call Gabe as a way to find out what to expect from COVID. Gabe did contract it and Robyn Brown did as well. Kody needed to find out how Gabe was feeling so that he could compare the two. Of course, we all know that not every person has the same symptoms as COVID. Kody was terrified that Robyn was going to die from it.

When Kody called Gabe, of course, it was his birthday and he thought his dad was calling to wish him a good day. Gabe discovered that his father had completely forgotten his birthday and had a breakdown. This moment crushed Gabe and this is one of the main reasons that he cut ties completely with his father.

Not only did Kody forget his son’s birthday, but he also kicked Gabe and his brother, Garrison Brown out of the house. Kody told Janelle, “They’re adults. Bye-bye.”

Gabe did end up confronting his father during this season of the show and he asked him why Kody asked him to choose his father or his girlfriend during the pandemic. Kody told his son that he wasn’t going to speak to him unless he apologized for how he acted during the pandemic. Of course, Gabe felt that he didn’t owe his father anything.
