Teen Mom: Nathan Griffith, The Ex Of Janelle Evans Arrested For Battery Again

Teen Mom alum Nathan Griffith was arrested in Las Vegas this week. Jenelle Evans’ ex was accused of battery by strangulation. This is the second time he has been jailed for allegedly trying to strangle someone.

The Arrest This Week 

The Sun US reported the arrest of Jenelle’s ex, who is the father of her son Kaiser. The outlet states that Nathan, a former military veteran, “was handcuffed Wednesday night, April 23 for ‘domestic battery by strangulation’ and violating probation.” The victim’s name was not released. The outlet noted that on social media, Nathan Griffith’s current girlfriend, Anastasia, deleted her photos of them together.

Pending a court appearance, Nathan was not allowed out on bail because of a violation of his probation. MTV fans had hoped Nathan would settle down because he is a dad. Not all that long ago, he spoke about how he feared for Kaiser in Las Vegas after Jenelle Evans removed his son from where he was staying with his grandmother.

Previous Allegations Of Strangulation

In July 2023, Nathan allegedly tried to strangle his sister and was charged with battery by strangulation. Heather Griffith, who was sheltering him, was home when he reportedly became aggressive. She claimed that during the incident, she believed her brother was trying to kill her.

According to her, Nathan Griffith walked over to her, forced her to the floor, and choked her. She said he only stopped when she managed to kick him away. She ran outside, and the police arrived. However, nothing happened legally because his sister reportedly did not want to cooperate, and the charges were dropped.

Fans React 

Teen Mom fans discussed the latest arrest and allegations of battery by strangulation on Reddit. There wasn’t much sympathy for Nathan’s girlfriend because people tried to warn her about the aggressive side of Jenelle’s ex.

One MTV fan commented, “She made fun of them basically calling them old and used up. She was fully aware of his last of strangulation as well.”
