The Bachelorette Divorce Shocker – Bryan Abasolo Confirms Rachel Lindsay Split

Another The Bachelorette couple bites the dust.  Fan fave Rachel Lindsay is officially back on the market.  Bryan Abasolo released a statement on social media confirming that he filed for divorce.

Rachel Lindsay made her ABC reality TV debut on The Bachelor Season 21 with Nick Viall, she actually made it all the way to the finals. 

After not getting an engagement ring from Viall, Rachel went on to star on the next season of The Bachelorette. 

That is where she and Bryan Abasolo met, and Rachel was eager to start planning their wedding after the final rose ceremony.

After The Bachelorette finale, it appeared there might be trouble in paradise when Rachel Lindsay confirmed that she and Abasolo “had a plan” but were currently living on opposite coasts.  Despite all the rumors, Rachel and Bryan did make it down the aisle and said “I Do” in 2019.

Since appearing on The Bachelorette, Rachel and Bryan have been pretty private about their marriage and living arrangements.  But, today Bryan decided to release a statement on Instagram revealing that he had filed for divorce.  Here’s what Abasolo shared,

“After more than 4 years of marriage, Rachel and I have made the difficult decision to part ways and start anew.  My parents have been married forever and I’m a family man, but sometimes loving yourself and your partner means you must let go.

I wanted you to hear it from the source before the blogs start making up their own reality. Please respect the spaces of our family and friends as we figure out our next steps.”

Bryan Abasolo Speaks Out

So far Rachel Lindsay has not made any comments on her divorce, but her soon to be ex-husband seems a bit bitter toward the press.  She may have been preparing a statement via a news outlet and he just wanted to beat her to the punch and kill her exclusive.
