Vanderpump Rules: Ariana Madix LOCKS Door in Shared Tom Sandoval Home Amid Lawsuit!

Vanderpump Rules spoilers reveal Ariana Madix in a lawsuit with Tom Sandoval. Last season, Madix discovered Sandoval cheated on her with their Vanderpump Rules co-star Raquel Leviss.

However, spoilers reveal Ariana still living in the same shared home that she owns with Tom. And Madix has sued Sandoval to try to resolve the battle. But as revealed below, Madix also shared how she feels living in the same house as her cheating ex!

Vanderpump Rules Spoilers – Lawsuit Causes Clash

A new season of Vanderpump Rules will soon begin. And spoilers via MSN reveal Ariana Madix wishing that a judge will end the clash between the Vanderpump Rules star and her cheating ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval. 

Because the two couldn’t resolve the issue of their shared home, Madix sued Sandoval. And court documents hint that Ariana wants the judge to force the former couple to both move from their house in Los Angeles, California.

Court documents reveal the two Vanderpump Rules star battling over the sale of the home that they co-own. And despite their feud over Sandoval cheating on Madix, the two both still stubbornly live there. The Vanderpump Rules stars split in March 2023.

Vanderpump Rules Spoilers – Ariana Madix Wants Money

And spoilers for season 11 of Vanderpump Rules show Madix wants the court to rule that she and Sandoval must sell their house. The two purchased it together in 2019. But specifically, the Vanderpump Rules star wants the court to rule that they need to sell the house and divide the money.

However, in addition to requesting a “partition by sale,” court documents show Ariana asking for an “equitable allocation of the proceeds of sale.” And that includes the “payment of debt secured by same and the costs of partition,” fees for the lawyers, and expenses for the house title.

But the Vanderpump Rules star does not want a ruling known as a “division in kind.” Because that would let both hold onto their ownership of the house, Sandoval could cause problems by selling his share to a third individual.

Meanwhile, Madix, 38, has revealed that she still resides in the five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom home with Sandoval, 40. And amid their war, Ariana insisted that she worried less after their split than before despite sharing a home.

However, Ariana explained that amid her nine years with Tom, she felt anxious when she didn’t know where he was late at night. And the Vanderpump Rules star clarified, “I sleep a lot easier at night not giving a f— about when he’s coming in that door. Yes, we’re in the same house,” she admitted about the unconventional arrangement the exes maintained. 

“But I don’t have to think, ‘He’s coming in my bedroom.’ Because he’s not,” added Madix. And she confessed, “I sleep with my door locked, just in case.”

The upcoming season of Vanderpump Rules will show what happened after Madix discovered that Sandoval was in a secret relationship with her former friend and costar, Raquel Leviss. And Ariana, set to portray Roxie Hart in Chicago on Broadway in January, will put the spotlight on her goal of selling the shared home and moving forward.

“I’ve been on the phone with a real estate agent,” Madix revealed. “And I would like to sell that house and move somewhere, own my own place on my own, and start my new life.”

    Why doesn’t Tom buy her out??? Didn’t he put up part of his equity to start his other business!
