Vanderpump Rules (VPR) star Lisa Vanderpump managed to avoid getting Covid for about two years. However, she went down with it this week. Actually, the virus impacted negatively on her life, like so many other people. However, this is the first time that the virus made her take to bed as she feels unwell. Naturally, Bravo fans worry about her husband Todd.

Actually, before vaccinations became commonly available, he went for his first jab. If you don’t know, he suffers from a couple of underlying health issues. At Christmas, some fans thought that Ken looked tired and possibly unwell. However, it turns out that Lisa was the one who reported that she fell sick.

Vanderpump Rules and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans heard that Lisa ran into trouble with her restaurants. Closed down because of the virus, at one stage, she delayed reopening them. Actually, she picked up some critics for demanding vaccination certificates or negative tests from patrons at PUMP and TomTom. Now that she feels so unwell, possibly the VPR matriarch feels vindicated by her actions.

On January 11, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum took to her Instagram and shared a caricature of herself. Then, in her caption, she wrote, “Agh it finally got me…#covid_19.” Well, a lot of people felt sad about that and plenty of Bravo fans said they would pray for her. Garcelle posted in the comments,  saying, “Oh no Lisa feel better!”

The Vanderpump Rules matriarch later returned to her Instagram and shared a photo of herself looking way better than she feels right now. In that post, she told her fans that she’s off the wine and currently “sick in bed.” Some people say that the new variant, Omicron simply feels like a head cold. However, others do become really sick. Hopefully, Lisa gets over it without needing hospitalization.  Even more worrying, fans hope that Ken stays Covid-free.

Vanderpump Rules – Should Lisa Vanerpump Stay In Bed?

One Vanderpump Rules fan said they are a nurse. So, they advised Lisa, “It’s important that you keep moving. Don’t just lay in bed. Get up and move around!!” Well, it’s not really bad advice according to Dr. Montero.

in a discussion on the Mayo Clinic website, it probably depends on Lisa’s symptoms. He noted that if you “have a fever, body aches, fatigue, or other symptoms, such as a stomachache or hacking cough…it’s best to stick with bed rest for a few days until your symptoms subside.”
