The news of Kate Middleton pulling out from Ascot at the very last minute has certainly left shockwaves in the entertainment media just because it was so unexpected.

For the last several months, it seemed as though Kate was on the mend again after dealing with her cancer battle.

She had completed her chemotherapy treatments, looked much healthier than she has in several months and has even been attending more royal engagements and public appearances.

But for the future queen of England to now pull out of such a high-profile event – and without any reason – is definitely raising a lot of eyebrows. Could there be something going on between her and her husband Prince William that no one knows about?

That’s what the speculation seems to be. It’s also been suggested that Kate is refusing to play royal games anymore. If she doesn’t want to do something, you better believe she’s not going to do it, regardless of what the media is going to say about her.

Still, this has given everyone some cause for concern. Clearly, either something is amiss between her and William or she’s struggling with her cancer symptoms again. Either way, everyone is hoping to get an answer over what might be going on sooner rather than later.

So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter just yet.
