Meghan Markle Is Now Leaning On Amal Clooney More Than Ever Before

Meghan Markle certainly is someone that has friends in high places! There is a new report that says the Duchess of Sussex is leaning on her good friend Amal Clooney more now than ever before.
According to E! Online, the former Hollywood actress and George Clooney’s wife have grown significantly close ever since Meghan moved to London in 2017. The two brunette beauties realized very quickly that they have a lot in common. Now that pregnant Meghan is expecting her first child with Prince Harry, she’s been calling Amal for not only parenting advice but how to deal with the media and privacy matters, too.
“Amal has been a wealth of knowledge on so many things and helped Meghan settle in,” the source said. “She’s given her advice on celebrity and living in the public eye. They’ve enjoyed sharing stories of travel and humanitarian causes. They often bounce ideas off of each other. Meghan goes to Amal for many things and really trusts her instincts. Amal adores Meghan and is thrilled to see her become a mother. They will be living very close to one another and hope to see each other often. They have an understanding and common ground that has really helped Meghan and provided her with support.”

And while Prince Harry knew George Clooney before he met his wife, it’s Meghan and Amal’s friendship that has managed to bring everyone closer together. George and Amal were guests at Harry and Meghan’s royal wedding back in 2018.
Right now Meghan is currently on her maternity leave and is not expected to make any public appearances until after she gives birth to her royal baby. Even though Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about Meghan’s pregnancy, the Duchess did tell a well-wisher back in February that she is due during the last week of April.
