Meghan Markle Looking To Her Hollywood Friends For Advice

Meghan Markle might be living at Frogmore Cottage with her new royal family these days, but it looks like she’s still very close with her friends and Hollywood pals across the pond. As a matter of fact, there’s a new report that suggests the Duchess of Sussex has been looking to her friends for advice rather than listening to what palace aides have been telling her. Here’s what she needs to know.

Meghan Markle Still Very Close With Hollywood Friends

According to Britain’s Express.co.uk, Meghan Markle has been struggling to adapt to her new life behind palace doors. For a lot of royal fans, this doesn’t come as much as a surprise. After all, the Duchess was a very independent, outspoken and well known Hollywood actress before she married Prince Harry and became a member of the British royal family. And while she has done everything that she can to fit in with her new royal family, it’s been a little hard adapting to all of the changes and the royal protocol that she’s had to follow ever since she became Harry’s wife.

And while Meghan has plenty of advisers at Kensington Palace who have been guiding her throughout the process, she insists on calling up her Hollywood friends and talking to them instead. As a matter of fact, some insiders are quite upset that Meghan prefers to seek the advice of her friends than those who work for the royal family.

Meghan Markle’s Transformation Into A Royal Is Doing Her No Favors

A royal source told Heat magazine: “Meghan feels that the palace’s way of transitioning her from Hollywood actress to British royal did her no favors, and now she’s prepared to go over their heads and speak to the people she thinks can help her best. “You can’t get much more of a publicity powerhouse than George Clooney, or, more to the point a cleverer woman than Amal.”

So far Meghan Markle herself has not made any comments about the report. However, it’s been noted that many of Meghan’s pals such as Amal and George Clooney, Serena Williams, and actress Priyanka Chopra have all quietly visited her and Prince Harry at their new home at Frogmore Cottage.
