Meghan Markle Makes Efforts To Create A Different Style From Kate Middleton

Meghan Markle has made a lot of efforts to create her own style, one that is different from the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton. Meghan and her team knew from the very beginning that her style and that of Kate’s will be compared and some may even make issues from them, Elle reports.

According to a source, Meghan and her team made a “conscious effort” to avoid any accusations that they are “copying Kate’s style.” The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, is working closely with stylist Jessica Mulroney, who is also her personal friend, for the outfits she will wear to events.

The main goal was to create a wardrobe that is unique only to Meghan Markle, but they were not totally opposed to taking some inspiration from Kate Middleton, especially since she undoubtedly has a stunning wardrobe that follows royal protocols exceptionally well. They “certainly kept an eye on Kate’s style because she hasn’t put a foot wrong and is a great role model.”

A royal insider denied the allegations that Kate and her team are upset at Meghan for copying Kate’s style since both duchess have their own unique personalities and interests. The source even revealed that Kate has been assisting Meghan know her way around the royal protocol when it comes to dressing up.

Kate has her own team that helps her plan her outfits. Natasha Archer Jackson is part of it. She asks her designers to send samples of outfits Kate may wear to all kinds of events and gatherings. Kate tries the samples in Kensington Palace and she as well as Natasha work out which one she should wear.

On Tuesday 15th January The Duchess of Cambridge will visit the King Henry’s Walk Community Garden in Islington.

There are stark differences in the outfits that Meghan and Kate love to wear. Meghan is usually seen wearing blacks and more muted colors while Kate seems to love pastels, prints, and brights. Even though they both wear designers, Kate and Meghan have their own go-to designers, making their styles really different from one another.

Additionally, Meghan knows that it is important to follow protocols and she realizes the need to establish her own style. But she also does not want that to distract her from the important work that she is doing.
