That’s because there’s a new report that suggests the Duchess of Sussex is feeling both pretty anxious and apprehensive as she joined her husband Prince Harry in public for the first time in a long time. According to the latest reports, Meghan Markle is feeling quite nervous about the Invictus Games. She just landed in Germany this week.

Just because of all the scrutiny that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have gotten lately, Meghan wants to make sure that the games in Germany go off without a hitch.

The last thing that she needs right now is more negative headlines, and especially from the British media. That’s what’s adding to her stress.

Royal body language expert Judi James says that Meghan is also dealing with a fluctuation of moods lately, too.

As many royal fans are aware of, Meghan has been dealing with so much stress lately that she’s been wearing an anti-stress patch on her wrist.

Meghan’s bad year began when Spotify cut ties with her and ended their $20 million dollar contract. There’s also speculation that Netflix is wanting to get more content out of the couple, too.

However, Prince Harry’s Heart of Invictus has done poorly on the online streamer. The couple is hoping that his upcoming documentary on Africa will fare much better.
