Meghan Markle Reportedly Made A Colossal Mistake At The Invictus Games

Did Meghan Markle make a colossal mistake at the Invictus Games? That’s what some royal critics seem to believe as the Duchess of Sussex apparently walked in front of the veterans during the cyclist medal ceremony.

Some people think that she was trying to steal the spotlight from the athletes, while others think that Meghan was just being Meghan. Either way, her behavior certainly did raise some eyebrows. Here’s what you need to know.

According to the Mail Online, the Duchess of Sussex was filmed taking part in the medal ceremony for the cycling events at the Invictus Games in Germany.

However, one short clip showed Prince Harry’s wife walking ahead of the victorious cycles, who were wearing medals around their necks. Some people think Meghan should have walked behind them.

It goes without saying that the internet sure did have a lot to say about the matter.

Some took to Twitter to comment with, “This whole thing has been disgusting! I have not seen 1 picture or video of the athletes in their triumph; it’s all about MM & PH!

If the games do not rid themselves of these grifters they’ll be no more!” along with, “What a total embarrassment for all concerned.   Nothing to do with her, why is she there?  And dressed inappropriately on top of it.”

But there was also this comment, too: “She was told to do this and no one asked for your opinion.  But you forgot to complain about Meghan still breathing. Because that’s what bothers you the most.”

So far Meghan Markle has not made any comments about the criticism, but at this point it’s doubtful that she will. It seems like people just want something to gripe about when it comes to Harry and Meghan.

Both the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are enroute to California, where they will reunite with their two small children, Archie and Lilibet.
