When Meghan Markle said that she wanted to hit the ground running, she really meant in. In fact, new reports say that the new Duke and Duchess of Sussex are wasting no time in getting back to work right after their royal wedding. The couple tied the knot in front of 200 guests at Windsor Castle just last week.
According to People Magazine, newlyweds Prince Harry and Meghan Markle postponed their African honeymoon in order to attend a royal engagement to honor Prince Charles earlier this week. They are currently enjoying the views of Namibia’s Hoanib Valley Camp, a luxury camp that goes for about $660 per person per night. The site is surrounded by towering mountains, sand dunes and huge expanses of deserts.
While Harry and Meghan will have plenty of time to enjoy their first few months of wedded bliss at home in London, it looks like their schedule is already jam packed for the fall. The royal couple is expected to travel to Sydney, Australia in October for the 2018 Invictus Games. It was at the 2017 Invictus Games in Toronto that Harry and Meghan made their grand public debut together as a couple.
