And the royal gloves are certainly off. There are new reports that suggest Prince Harry might have just taken a swipe at Prince William.
That’s because the Prince of Wales once said that their mother Princess Diana lived a life full of paranoia, which Harry says wasn’t the case at all.
He believes that his mother had every reason to worry about her personal safety and even her privacy, as she often believed that her phone was being hacked. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
Prince Harry Just Threw Prince William Under The Bus Yet Again
In his court case against the Mirror Newspaper Group, Harry supposedly contracted his brother’s account of Princess Diana’s feelings of paranoia. Harry is accusing The Sunday Mirror of using shady tactics to get a story on some conversations he had with King Charles back in 2003. He said that somehow those private conversations were leaked to the press.
Harry told the judge in his case this week, “It was so conflicting. It’s only now, realizing what the [Mirror Group’s] journalists were doing, and how they were getting their information, that I can see how much of my life was wasted on this paranoia. I’ve always heard people refer to my mother as paranoid, but she wasn’t. She was fearful of what was actually happening to her and now I know that I was the same.”
This contradicts what William had said about his mother, as he once labeled her as paranoid in his statement condemning Princess Diana’s treatment during her 1995 BBC Panorama interview. William said back in 2021, “It brings indescribable sadness to know that the BBC’s failures contributed significantly to her fear, paranoia and isolation that I remember from those final years with her.”

Of course, many royal fans and critics alike had a lot to say about Prince Harry’s comments on social media. Some of them said, “Good. Call out your brother for the paranoid comment. Good for you Harry Will must be incandescent. Godspeed Harry. I am so grateful for your strength.
When I moved to the UK 9 years ago, I was shocked at the state of the tabloids, and it’s somehow gotten worse and more pervasive in that time. I have hope that it will get better,” along with, “That comment about Diana not being paranoid, that’s directly aimed at William. I guess now we know Harry’s reaction to William’s comments last year (the year before?). I have to laugh at some media comments that William is following in Diana’s footsteps and she would be so proud. I think Diana would be horrified at William’s behavior and be very proud of Harry.”
Another critic wrote, “Yes Harry, call that brother of yours OUT for publicly labeling Diana as paranoid. That was so disturbing at the time even to a bystander, so can’t imagine how Harry felt about it. Can’t wait to hear what comes out this week.”

In my opinion, any journalist willing to put someone else’s life in jeopardy; ie. a car chase at high speed, or illegally listen in on somebody’s phone conversations is NOT a good journalist at all. That is called a criminal. Using a “source, ie.a someone that is on the inside, willing to talk. A whistleblower ” is perfectly fine. A tried and true journalist tool. If someone doesn’t want something done to them… they should not do it to others. The Golden Rule… I personally feel that journalist and most everybody else for that matter should leave a bit more privacy in people’s lives. People need to get there own lives and back off people like Prince Harry and his family. Let him share what he wants to share. Musicians and movie stars too! Imagine how it must feel when you cannot go to any store anywhere and shop for yourself. Cannot choose a gift for somebody yourself… you must send out a personal asst. as you get mobbed whenever you go out. It’s not right! To be famous should not mean that you must give up your privacy or your freedom. Think about that.
I disagree with Harry about what William said.william was saying that BBC had caused his Mum to have fear and feel paranoid.
I am sure that everything Harry hS sId about his brother, father and their wife’s probably had the same effect on his family but that doesn’t bother him at all. As long as it keeps him and MegN in the news he is happy. Shame on you Harry
