Royal Family News: Prince Andrew Was Always A Pathetic Accident Waiting To Happen

British royal family news divulges that Prince Andrew was allegedly always a loose cannon waiting to blow (he did earn the nickname “Randy Andy” in his youth). Now comes dish that his privileged lifestyle did him and his temperament no favors. Royal author Tina Brown talked to LBC about Andrew and spilled some juicy dirt about the Duke of York.

She said of the disgraced royal, “Andrew was an explosion waiting to happen, frankly, the way he’d be carrying on decade after decade. [He was] really kind of unpoliced, in a sense, about what he was getting up to. So that exploded, as it inevitably would.”

The Duke of York had his titles and patronages stripped as a result of unanswered questions about his friendship with the dead pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. In February he paid off one of the convict’s self-described sex trafficking victims instead of face her in court to refute a sexual abuse lawsuit. And yet Brown says he is, “in a way naïve,” about his past associations.

She said, “He has no judgement, Andrew, he is in a way naive. You know, Epstein kind of made Andrew feel important, you know. He made him feel part of the big time. Andrew never felt part of the big time. He would have the classic number, you know, son number two’s kind of inferiority feelings. Deservedly so.”

She refers to Andrew being the spare to the throne while his brother Charles is the heir. She continued, “Epstein had all this money, big deals. You know he really suckered Andrew in and Andrew thought he was his friend. I mean, that’s what was really, in a sense, pathetic, actually.”

Royal Family News – Was Andrew Really Gullible?

No matter what one thinks of Andrew and his naivete or gullibility or guilt or innocence, one thing is certain: he is persona non grata. The queen announced on Friday that he is banned from appearing on the balcony with her in June to celebrate her Platinum Jubilee and the town of York wants its title back from him. There is not way but up for Andrew but is there anyone left willing to give him a hand?
