HEA will feature one of the most volatile couples in franchise history during season 5. Two pairs of 90 Day Fiance alums have been announced for the spin-off so far. Yesterday, we found out that Kalani and Asuelu will be in Happily Ever After.

However, today’s tweet from the show’s Twitter account really blew viewers away. Colt and Larissa have been cast for season 5.

Not only was Colt and Larissa’s romance stormy, but the police were also called on more than one occasion. Of course, no explosive relationship is complete without a meddling mother-in-law. The fact that Colt’s mom lived with the couple only made things worse.

Colt and Larissa are divorced, but were added to 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After due to their continued drama.

Colt Johnson Treats Girlfriend Like an Escort

A sneak peek of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After season 5 was posted on Twitter. It shows Colt on a date and we are assuming this is the new girlfriend he has been talking about. He bluntly asks her on camera if she wants to go to his hotel room and have sex.

Maybe he was joking or doesn’t realize that treating your girlfriend like an escort is a bad idea. Not to mention how the woman must have felt having all that documented on national television. Let’s just hope Colt’s mom doesn’t tag along on his intimate adventure!

Larissa Dos Santos Lima’s Unstable Rage

Colt’s mother and not defending his wife were issues, but Larissa’s behavior was even worse. She was on an unpredictable emotional rollercoaster. The police were called multiple times, which led to arrests. Deportation was a concern, but she got extremely lucky. In the Happily Ever After sneak peek, Larissa has completed her community service.

Due to her wild mood swings and confusion afterward, there are likely mental health issues. Unfortunately, nobody has suggested she get evaluated. It probably won’t happen until an unthinkable tragedy occurs and by then, it’ll be too late.

Why Are Colt and Larissa On Happily Ever After?

The show’s Twitter account ponders if Colt and Larissa will get lucky in love the second time around. Some assumed this meant a possible reconciliation. However, it is more likely that their new relationships will be documented.

TLC’s 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After season 5 premieres on Sunday, June 14 at 8 pm ET.
