When the news first arrived that Mohamed Abdelhamed laid charges of assault against Yve, it appeared that she was charged by the cops. However, that story quickly died as some outlets argued that she wasn’t actually arrested. In fact, some theories emerged that the whole case was dropped because of the cops not following the proper procedures. Additionally, rumors circulated that she was never read her rights. So, TLC fans relaxed a lot. Then, it looked like Mohamed’s plans to claim he was abused backfired on him.

90 Day Fiance fans saw that an attorney named Kathleen Martinez claimed on TikTok, that she was going after Mohamed for immigration fraud. However, since then, the post was deleted. If you watched Season 9 of the TLC show, this all went down after Yve heard that Mohamed cheated on her with several other women. He claimed that she tried to grab his phone to read the offending texts and she scared him with her violent attitude. Well, she was understandably furious that one of the women was actually married. Now, it appears that she was, in fact, charged.

90 Day Fiancé Spoilers – Star Yve Arellano Will Apear In Court 

According to Starcasm this week, the case against Yve Arellano is not done and dusted. In fact, she will appear to appeal the charges “next month.” The outlet reported, “Yve returned to court last week for a bond arraignment hearing where the terms and conditions of her bond release were set and a pre-trial conference date was set for October 4, 2022 at 9:30AM.” Of course, that seems to give the lie to the theories that it was all sorted out and tuned out in her favor. 

Even more worrying for 90 Day Fiance fans, is that the outlet also noted that her attorney, Kathleen Martinez seems to have no references to Yve on her professional page. So, it’s not even clear if she will still try and prove that Mohamed committed immigration fraud. Perhaps TLC fans celebrated the downfall of  Mohamed way too early. Time will tell if the legal professional can help Yve at all.

90 Day Fiancé Spoilers – Yve Arellano Has A Son Who Needs Her

90 Day Fiance fans fear for Yvette’s son Tharan. He’s a special needs kid in need of a lot of attention. In fact, it emerged in the the leaked texts that Mohamed sent, that he hated how much time she spent with her boy. Hopefully, if Yve is convicted, she won’t have to send him to an institution while she serves time in jail. Hopefully, she will never be found guilty. But for now, it’s all up in the air.
