Redditors Called The Death Of Josh Seiter A Hoax Before He Claimed Hacking

A death notice for Josh Seiter arrived on his social media and mainstream media ran with the story. However, he claimed he had been hacked. Actually, Redditors called it a hoax long before he returned and said he was alive. The Bachelorette alum claimed he had been hacked.

Josh Seiter – Took Nearly A Whole Day To Advise His Death Was A Hoax

The Bachelorette alum is not dead and he notified his followers via a video on his Instagram. Initially, the report that he passed away came from someone on his page claiming to be a family member. It mentioned suicide and mental health, and many people believed it because he had often talked about it. In fact, his profile says he’s a “Mental Health Pioneer.”

Now, Josh Seiter is claiming a celebrity death hoax was carried out. In a new video, he claimed that he was probably targeted for a celeb hoax because of his previous suicide attempts. But how much of a celeb is he? After all, he only appeared on The Bachelorette in 2015 with Kaitlyn Bristowe and she sent him home in week 1. Why did he wait so long? It’s not hard to call up a media outlet or get a rep to correct the statement about the death.

Reddit – Called It A Hoax Well Before Josh Seiter Returned To Instagram

On Reddit, when the notice first arrived, people had questions. On the r/90dayfianceuncensored subreddit, someone claimed that the former Bravo star was alive. Apparently, his sister-in-law claimed that he was “not dead.” Meanwhile, others claimed that sooner or later, he would return and claim that someone “hacked “ his Instagram. And that is what happened. Of course, there is no way for the average person to verify if the account was hacked. But, people have a lot of suspicion.

One of them suggested that Josh Sieter was “taking a play from the Lil Tay marketing plan!” What is that? Lil Tay was a famous influencer and a death notice went up. Less than 24r hours later, the announcement came that Tay (not her real name) and her brother were alive and well. The original death notice was taken down and a hacker was blamed. Her manager said to the US Mirror, “The only thing worse than being talked about is not being talked about.”

Josh Seiter – Why Were People So Suspicious?

Over the last year or so, the former Bachelorette star has been sliding to DMs of people like Sister Wives star, Christine Brown. Then he went to meet Amy Halterman from 1000-Lb Sisters. He claimed she broke his heart. Other reality TV stars complained of the same sort of thing. Many people on social media claimed he faked a relationship with another man in Pride Month.

For now, as suicide is real and should not be mocked, perhaps people should assume that he was hacked.
