TLC 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days cast member Lisa Hamme must be one of the most controversial personalities in the franchise’s history. If not, then she right there towards the top of the list. According to a source, TLC has fired her from the show. So, what was the final straw? NDA violations, racist slurs, threatening fans, or staging the entire romance for profit?

That Change.org Petition

Fans remember not too long ago there was a Change.org petition created demanding that TLC fire Lisa. However, as we speculated at the time, it would be unlikely because of several reasons. One of which is that it would be too time-consuming and expensive to go back and fill in her scenes with another cast member. Editing would have to be redone along with everything else that is required after filming but before episodes are ready to be aired.

The COVID-19 pandemic was in full swing at the time as well, making those duties even more difficult.

90 Day Fiance: Using The ‘N’ Word

Then, there was the 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days Tell-All leak. It revealed that Lisa called her Nigerian lover, Usman “Sojaboy” Umar the “N” word. However, she later told The Domenick Nati Show that it was taken out of context.

As Americans are fed up with racism, this very well could have been another reason for her firing. Lisa being terminated was reported by the Instagram account 90 Day Fiance Update, which has been dead accurate so far.

Multiple NDA Violations

90 Day Fiance spoilers reveal that Lisa has violated the NDA (non-disclosure agreement) several times. A few weeks ago, she had a remote video interview with Domenick Nati on Instagram. She explained that TLC was requiring that all interviews be pre-approved through them first. So, that indicates that she was probably on her last warning.

Then, during that interview, she revealed all kinds of spoilers. Most of these would definitely be considered a violation of her NDA with TLC. She bragged that she told the network that she was chatting with Domenick to “shoot the s**t.” As if they wouldn’t watch it for themselves…

Other Possible Reasons TLC Fired Lisa Hamme

There was also the claims that Lisa was getting death threats, but she was also threatening others. That doesn’t look good from a PR standpoint at all. It can come with all kinds of risks and liabilities if anything should actually happen.

There was her verbal and mental abuse of Usman. Many consider it being allowed to air and Lisa reportedly getting a spin-off show the network condoning and promoting domestic violence and abuse.

Finally, there is the theory that Usman and Lisa staged this whole romance from the beginning. If it was completely made up, then that could definitely be a violation of their contract. While we have speculations on other couples that are scripted or made up, it’s up to the network on what they allow and what is unforgivable.

Lisa has a long list of reality show sins and we think it’s just a combination of everything that forced TLC to fire Lisa. So far, the network has not commented or released a statement.
