TLC’s “90 Day Fiancé-The Other Way” spoilers say that Brittany Banks has a new Instagram account and she shared on it a clip of an interview with Melicia Johnson of Entertainment Tonight and also talked about why she once dated an eighty-five-year-old man. Viewers will recall she recently deleted one that was attached to an account much use for pornographic purposes.

Brittany talked about meeting the older gentleman when she was out and about with a group of forty-ish girlfriends, and she had been recovering from the controlling abuse of her ex, who she had become involved with at the tender age of seventeen. After that, she would only date men at least forty-five years old – nearly old enough to be her father. She said for some reason, she and the eighty-five year old really got along and hit it off.

They had many things in common – they both liked working out at the gym since he was a young eighty-five and young at heart as well, and they both loved taking long bicycle rides. It started as a friendship and eventually grew into love. She said they stopped looking at their ages and saw what was on the inside of one another, and realized that was what really counted.

She loved the attentiveness that he showed towards her, and the two of them even shared recipes and he would drop off juices for her in the mornings. She realized that he really cared about her and her well-being and that was something that she needed. She has no regrets about the relationship and says that she learned a lot from him.

TLC 90 Day Fiancé – Brittany Banks Even Learned About Business From Her Eighty-Five Year Old Boyfriend

Brittany says she even learned about business from her eighty-five-year-old boyfriend, and more about herself as well. She learned to value herself more and how to respect others as well as how to become a woman who would demand respect from others, especially men.

She says she learned how to be more classy, and he was really a good mentor to her as well, expecting the best out of her and showing her how to achieve the best. He wanted her to win in life and constantly encouraged her to be the best that she could be. She has no regrets for the time they spent together as romantic partners, even though ultimately it was the age difference that split them apart romantically – they are still friends.

But, as many couples with vast age differences experience, there were many of both his and her well-meaning friends that had an influence on each of them, and they used it….and though she doesn’t come out and say anything about his financial status, or what happened on his end of it, a much older man and a much younger woman usually do bring out those in the man’s circle of family and close friends who will accuse the much younger woman of being a gold-digger, and it probably happened with Brittany and her older gentleman friend as well.

She says of her side of things that she just didn’t want to step on her family’s toes, and the well-meaning argument there might have been that she could potentially be a very young widow. She went on to say that she doesn’t date someone “for clout”. She says it’s not worth it and she values what is on the inside of the person much more than what is on the outside, and that in the past she’s dated some pretty outwardly ugly guys!
