TLC’s “90 Day Fiancé-The Other Way” star reveals that he would rather nap than work, and that is making big, big trouble between himself and Deavan Clegg!

TLC 90 Day Fiance’ Spoilers – Deavan Clegg Has Just Made Her Second Attempt At Moving To South Korea

Deavan has just made her second attempt at moving to South Korea in the sneak peek of the next episode, “Don’t Grumpy Stop” and her mother, Elicia, and her two children, Drascilla and Taeyang are with her. Part of their agreement for her to move back with her children, Taeyang being the baby boy that Jihoon his, father too, is that Jihoon would obtain gainful employment and a suitable place for himself and his family to live. Jihoon has worked some part-time jobs but does not appear to be very serious about being a breadwinner and manning up for his wife and children.

As a matter of fact, Elicia tears into him for not being the husband and father her daughter and grandchildren need, and even his own mother is shocked at the apartment he found for them in what appears to be a ghetto area in Seoul, South Korea. Deavan and Jihoon get into a major disagreement when she finds out that Jihoon has pretty much lied to her about getting a job, and it shows he is more of a child than he is a grown-up man.

Deavan says that he’s admitting to her that he was not financially ready for them to move to Korea was devastating, because he had been telling her that everything was fine and ready, and he was ready, but he lied so he could trick her into coming. That is NOT ok!

TLC 90 Day Fiance’ Spoilers – Jihoon Attempts To Make Excuses For Himself

Jihoon attempts to make excuses for himself, apologizing for lying to Deavan about his financial and employment situations. He admits he was selfish, and told her through a translator tool that he had been very nervous since he met her. They found out that Deavan was pregnant with Taeyang shortly after they met and had their whirlwind courtship when Deavan was in Korea the first time.

Then she dropped the bombshell while chatting online. It was stressful for Jihoon to find out that not only was he going to be a stepfather to Drascilla, but now he was going to be the father of his own child. He was already in debt and barely able to make ends meet and now this!

He continues, explaining that he never went to a good university where he could obtain marketable job skills, and has only been able to land part-time delivery jobs, and that is his preference because that way he can rest-read nap-when he wants to. He does say in good months he had made sometimes $2000-$3000.

That is not much, however, when one is trying to provide for a family of four including himself, and he is the only source of income. Deavan does not speak Korean well enough to try to and seek employment in Korea, and besides, then daycare expenses could come into play as well.

That isn’t enough for Deavan, who says she was putting in 17 hours a day working and taking care of the kids, while Jihoon seems to not want to work full time! She says it’s ridiculous for him to not work full time and only chooses to work part-time so he can take naps!
