The Young And The Restless Alum Max Page Returns To Hospital

The Young and the Restless spoilers and updates tease that Max Page, who used to play the role of Reed Hellstrom, is in the hospital once again. The actor is currently admitted at the Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles.

The actor’s mother took to Instagram to share that his son is back in the hospital. He’s currently getting treatment for his fever and is also scheduled to undergo surgery. Page needs to have his leads and pacemaker replaced. The operation is a bit complicated due to the scar tissue buildup. The family is currently asking for everyone’s prayers.

For those who didn’t know, Page was born with a congenital heart defect. He’s not new to surgeries since he’s gone through several ones over the years. Before his current hospitalization, the actor’s last operation took place back in December 2020 for a pacemaker replacement.

Y&R Spoilers – Advocate For Children’s Health Care

He is currently in his senior year in high school and is a known advocate for children’s health issues. He even had a speech before Congress where he told his story so people in the government would know how important child health care is.

“This came out of the blue, so we are still getting our footing,” Page’s mother said about his son’s current condition.

“But we know we aren’t alone and we are grateful. My prayer as a mama is Max can heal quickly and get back to his senior year! But until then, we will take it as it comes. We will post when we know more,” he continued.
