CBS The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that the Adam Newman/Spider (Mark Grossman) storyline continues to get more convoluted in the coming days with the return Alyssa Montalvo (Maria DiDomenico) to the canvas.

Fans are divided on the continuing plot about Adam killing a man in Kansas when he was 11-years old. Some think it is thrilling, the rest want it to be over already. But it looks like it will take a few twists and turns in the near future as Shadam work together to figure out his repressed psyche.

How is she capable of washing and rinsing his brain? For starters, she is not a professional and secondly, she and Adam have a history; both reasons why her therapizing him is ludicrous. But it’s a soap so let’s suspend disbelief.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Why Is Alyssa Montalvo Coming Back To Y&R?

Alyssa debuted on Y&R this year and she left the screen in April. We can tell you that she will be seen again on September 2. No doubt she is in Kansas as she fled Genoa City after her childhood bestie, Adam, used her and pulled a con on her.

We also know that Shadam will travel to Kansas to get to the bottom of his repressed memories.

What is left for Adam Newman to reveal from the inner recesses of his tangled and tortured mind?

It is highly likely that Alyssa will figure prominently in Shadam’s journey. There is no use to bring back a temp character unless there is a point that moves the plot forward.

Does she hold the key to healing Adam?

Y&R spoilers – What is next for Shadam in Kansas and how does Alyssa Montalvo figure into it?

Or will Alyssa somehow drive Adam over the edge? At the same time, Chance Chancellor is being pulled into the current Adam storyline. For some reason he is all of a sudden reaching out to Adam and blabbering around town that he owes him for helping him in Vegas.
